In the evening of July 6, Shenzhen Aoto Electronics Co., Ltd. (Aoto Electronics) announced that, due to the recent expiration of the partnership agreement signed on November 12, 2012 with CNC Holdings Limited (CNC Holdings), Aoto Electronic signed a supplementary contact with CNC Holding's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen CNCTV Cultural Development Co., Ltd on November 12, 2012 to further the cooperation. The contract is worth RMB 12.25 million.

The original contract received a one-year extension. According to the contract, AOTO will supply CNC large LED displays to be installed in more than hundreds landmark across the Chinese mainland.

CNC Holdings Limited is part of Xinhua's ambition to build a multimedia press institution. The network LED Display project is a significant progress for CNC to extend their business to outdoor media.
