Characteristics of Robot Sensor
Robot

Classification of Sensor
Internal sensor: It is sensor to detect condition itself, such as angle between robotic arms.
External
sensor: It is sensor to detect environments (what the object is and the
distance between robot and the object) and conditions (e.g. slip when
grasping an object).
External sensor include end effector sensor and environmental sensor.
End
effector sensor: It is mainly installed on the end effector to detect
sensing information on fine motor operation, which acts as hand.
Environmental sensor: It is used to identify object and detect distance between object and robot, which acts as eye.
